CET hosted a Leadership Day where the extended leadership population all gathered onsite at the Walsall head office for a business update, recap of the year so far and a look ahead at the plans for the second half of 2025.

The day began with an ice breaker activity which involved competing in a timed challenge to build the tallest balloon tower. The team were then joined by HomeServe's UK CEO Nick Kasmir who discussed some of the current trends, challenges and developments in the industry. This was followed by several in-depth specialist presentations on exciting development projects currently underway utilising tech, people and the Network to improve the customer journey. 💡

The extended Leadership Day was a great opportunity to bring hybrid and virtual CET team members together to brainstorm and share ideas across departments as well as ensure alignment across the wider teams. 🤝
